When you register for one of our webinars, we collect and process information such as your name, email address, company, position, and any additional details. Your data is securely stored on our company’s Google Drive and is used exclusively for managing your webinar registration and sending relevant information related to the event. We also use Invajo, a GDPR-compliant event management platform, to facilitate our webinars and manage attendee information securely.

Your personal data will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Additionally, you have the option to withdraw your registration or request data removal at any time by contacting us directly.

Security and Data Storage

Prosperous Planet registers and reviews data using Google products. Google services and data centers are protected by security technology like HTTPS and Transport Layer Security as part of one of the world’s most advanced security infrastructures. Google’s security automatically detects and prevents online threats to keep private information secure. All login pages (from our website and mobile website) pass data via TLS. Prosperous Planet also uses Mailchimp for marketing purposes, an application encrypted with TLS. Login pages and logins via the Mailchimp API have brute force protection, and regular external security penetration tests are performed to ensure data is secure.
