Prosperous Planet is founded and led by Dr. Elin Enfors-Kautsky. Elin is an expert on the sustainability challenges of the Anthropocene. She has spent over ten years working as an academic researcher at the international sustainability science frontier, which led her to develop the Delta model. At this point in her career Elin is wholeheartedly focusing on transforming the business sector from within and building a Prosperous Planet.

Liene is an experienced learning designer, facilitator and leadership coach. At Prosperous Planet she specialises in crafting collaborative processes that drive organisational change, enabling companies to tackle complex challenges and thrive in the Anthropocene. Recently, Liene has focused on helping clients integrate ambitious DE&I strategies into their business plans. She has also developed processes to foster dialogue and transparency between clients and their suppliers, ensuring sustainable and socially responsible supply chains. Liene embraces change and sees opportunities in most situations.

Jerker is a value-driven sustainability and communications expert who is committed to accelerating positive change for businesses wanting to make a real difference. Alongside more than 20 years of experience in the sustainability sphere working with both small and large businesses, the public sector, and NGOs, he has gained expertise in a wide range of areas, from international politics and climate justice to entrepreneurship and business development. At Prosperous Planet, Jerker combines creativity with strategic direction to help clients move towards business futures fit for a rapidly changing world.

Rasmus has multiple years of experience in management consulting and is passionate about helping companies discover sustainable business opportunities. He draws from his experience in business development, strategy, and sustainability to solve complex problems together with our clients, leading to tangible impact tailored to the Anthropocene. In a recent project, he assisted a client's category department in developing a framework for making sustainable, sales-driven decisions for their product assortment. This resulted in them identifying strategic activities to reduce the negative impact of products sold, drive profitability, and at the same time reduce risk.
