Prosperous Planet is founded and led by Dr. Elin Enfors-Kautsky. Elin is an expert on the sustainability challenges of the Anthropocene. She has spent over ten years working as an academic researcher at the international sustainability science frontier, which led her to develop the Delta model. At this point in her career Elin is wholeheartedly focusing on transforming the business sector from within and building a Prosperous Planet.

Liene is an experienced learning designer, facilitator and leadership coach. At Prosperous Planet she specialises in crafting collaborative processes that drive organisational change, enabling companies to tackle complex challenges and thrive in the Anthropocene. Recently, Liene has focused on helping clients integrate ambitious DE&I strategies into their business plans. She has also developed processes to foster dialogue and transparency between clients and their suppliers, ensuring sustainable and socially responsible supply chains. Liene embraces change and sees opportunities in most situations.
