Our work

What we do

Prosperous Planet’s services are here to future-proof your business. We do it by building resilience and increase adaptability. But to be honest, it isn’t always easy to explain in plain language what that actually means. What does a change agent do, exactly? And what results can you expect? Below we share two examples of our work: one more complex long-term business-development endeavour (case 1), and one simple first step (case 2).

Case 1: Reitan Convenience

Reitan Convenience set out to build a future portfolio that’s both healthier and more sustainable – without sacrificing profit. We researched the most relevant health and sustainability dimensions and fused them into a single, weighted indicator. We structured product-level data, linked it to sales, and visualized it in BI. The outputs power quarterly reports, category plans, and a marketing compass, enabling a profitable transition, clearer decisions, and stronger supplier alignment.

Challenge

Reitan Convenience is committed to shape a future product portfolio being both more sustainable and healthier. Achieving this while maintaining profitability is a major challenge, as many different product attributes must be weighed together in one coherent analysis.

Solution

  • We researched the relevant sustainability and health dimensions for the portfolio and combined them into a single, weighted indicator.
  • We structured product-level sustainability and health data, integrated it with sales data, and visualized the result in BI tools.
  • We developed several practical applications—e.g., quarterly reporting, category plans, and a “marketing compass”—and supported end users to adopt the tools effectively.

Deliverables

  • Assortment Insights – a tool enabling decision makers to assess product performance based on combined sustainability indicators and sales data. The matrix view creates a dashboard that guide the assortment shift to retain profitability
  • The marketing compass – a tool that evaluate whether products featured in a campaign contribute to the agreed assortment shift or not

Value created

  • Ability to drive a profitable transition.
  • Greater oversight, efficiency, and better decisions, as the composite indicator makes it easier to navigate a complex domain.
  • Communication tools that help bring suppliers along on the journey.

Case 2: Evolution

We helped Evolution turn climate science into business action—fast. In a few weeks, we built decision-ready climate scenarios grounded in IPCC/IEA pathways, pressure-tested them with real-world drivers, and translated outcomes into CSRD-ready reporting, targets, and next steps. A one-day workshop, a clear synthesis report, and targeted advisory equipped teams to make better decisions, faster—while building internal engagement for the journey ahead.

Challenge

In a year when global average temperatures first reached +1.5°C above pre-industrial levels, Evolution needed to turn climate science into practical business guidance – strengthening CSRD reporting while building internal momentum and preparing for credible targets. We framed the work to meet expectations for a company of Evolution’s scale and sector, integrating climate into governance and employee engagement from the outset.

Solution

We delivered the engagement in three phases, combining established climate pathways with business-critical drivers and an adoption plan tailored to end users.

Phase 1 — Framing and inputs

Phase 2 — Scenario development and response planning

Phase 3 — Synthesis, reporting, and adoption

Deliverables

  • Pre-study and leadership interviews to validate scope and data foundations.
  • A full-day, expert-facilitated scenario workshop with pre-read material.
  • A synthesis report that doubles as a reporting backbone and an internal learning asset.
  • Ongoing advisory during the project period to maintain pace and resolve open questions.
  • Optional executive and all-hands presentations for broader adoption.

Value created

  • Stronger CSRD reporting: Reliable inputs for climate-related disclosures, grounded in recognized pathways.
  • Better decisions, faster: A compact set of scenarios and a single, coherent narrative to navigate complex trade-offs.
  • Clear next steps: Foundations for target setting and climate action plans.
  • Capability and engagement: Accessible materials and dialogue that build internal knowledge and momentum.
  • Efficient use of time: A high-tempo process that maximized learning and alignment while minimizing demands on busy teams.
